77 HR Real Estate Salesperson Licensing Course: New York Real Estate Salesperson Course is offered in a variety of flexible schedules. Instructor handouts and review materials are included in tuition. Tuition includes a non-refundable $25.00 application processing fee. 77 HR Salesperson Licensing Course Price: $400.00 Prerequisites: To obtain a real estate salespersons license in New York you are required to be at least 18 years of age, have a high school education or equivalent, successfully complete 77 hours of instruction at a school approved by the New York State Department of State, pass a state examination, furnish evidence of good moral character and be sponsored for licensure by a New York Real Estate Broker. A salesperson candidate must be a legal resident of the United States, but does not have to be a citizen. Bronx Location Schedules: 1. Day Schedule: This is ongoing schedule Tuesday & Thursday 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM start any day and complete the course at earliest convenience. 2. Evening Schedule: This is ongoing schedule Tuesday, Thursday 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM start any day and complete the course at earliest convenience. Brooklyn Location Schedules: 1.
